That about sums it up
Going to sleep soon. Understood most of the physics theory.. but its a long way to go before i can memorise all those bloody formulas. I'm not a mugger or a harddrive ^.^
Anyway i'm gg slp now. gdnite.

The Mug
So yeah, its one day left, and several days since I last posted the super duper long, seemingly serious but actually humourous post that was actually an excuse to not mug. And that was the first post on my blog that my gf found it funny. We have been together for nearly 1 year and 4 months. Whee! How time flies. Maybe its time to get a new girlfriend soon. ;)
Joking.
Here I am, sitting down on my table... oops. Chair. Typing this blog entry, with a 2.1 speaker system (2 satellite speaker for left and right, and one subwoofer to produce bass that shake your room) at full blast, playing music on my MD player through the computer. The air-con was on since last night, and I am "too lazy" to turn it off. Just ate Laksa Intant Noodle for breakfast, and the smell still lingers in my room.
I woke at 7am, having slept only for 5 hours. I've been messing up my biological clock lately, sleepy extremely late and waking extremely early. I went to the window and saw some pretty Fajar Secondary School girls walking. Chio! Hehe.
Later I'm going to study physics (or at least try to). Tomorrow I'll go to AJC and take the last test. Hell, have to remember to bring my own writing paper. AJC too budget to provide. (Reason not even given, we were suddenly told that they will not be providing writting paper any more). Maybe the repainting and rats catching took up too much money.
Anyway, I'm still waiting for the second check from SPH ($500) to come in. Should be anytime soon now. I used to love saving. Now I love spending. Hehe. Here are so things I wished to buy, but so far had not yet succumbed to the temptations.
1) Spare rechargable battery for my DH10P Camera DAP ($81.90)
2) Wireless mouse with rechargable batteries (Donno how much)
3) IEM/Clip-on for mobility. POrta Pro is the best sounding below USD50 phone ever produced, but it is a tad bulky.
4) Strike Toto, and offer to "demolish and rebuild" AJC Campus (Quoting from ajcproposal.blogspot.com)
Anyway, I've allowed enough time to slack. Almost time to study. Cya!

New excuse for not studying
An old P1 Windows 98 machine with 32MB of RAM has just flown into my room, taking much of my valuable desk space.
How to study?
Library Books
Went to the library to rest for a while before my next paper, computing today. I went to the library and picked out a random book, looked at point 2 and laughed like mad. I almost could not do my computing paper in peace.
Is AJC a primary school? :) No offense man..

The End is here
You guys know me. I never study. The last time I really did so, it was only for one subject: Physics, and only because it was promo. Getting into this school was sad enough, being a retainee in this school is worst. So i studied. I didn't mug. I studied.
You know what I have against mugging. Mugging involves stuffing chunks of data (not even information) down the throat without understanding, or thinking through. This is our new generation of Singaporeans. Accepting what the government says without thinking through anything. Unquestioning slaves.
Even then, I only studied physics once per week, and only on 3 or 4 weekends. Physics promo came and left many agony, as many people shouted "fuck" along with words of death right after the exam. I was nonchalant. The paper left zero impact on me. Its just another paper.
And yes, I got a B, which was considered pretty high in this school's standard. I even managed to answer a question in the paper which only 9 other students in the cohort managed to answer. All that because I studied just a tiny bit? Don't disappoint me, students of this school. Part of me are laughing because the effort you put in showed not result. It isn't entirely your fault though. The school should share the blame.
When I was studying for that particular paper, I wasn't even on my mid-gear yet. I was studying with my fellow buddies at woodlands library, where I frequency divert my attentions to noisey kids and pretty girls. I even went for "walks" around causeway and the library area to "clear my mind". And I beated so many people? Endless stream of muggers who worked consistently all year round, diligently obeying every single teacher's instructions, doing every tutorial, carrying the lecture notes around like bibles. And I never once refered to AJC's lecture notes. All i had is a foolscape pad and a physics textbook.
It just happened that I got an A for computing, B for physics, and O for both maths, without studying anything but physics. Yet, I got into alpha list (a group consisting of the top 20% in the cohort). What joke. Even funnier was when my fellow friend zombie got enrolled in both APTS (a group for weak students which my humourous physics teacher jokingly refered to as "A piece of terrible shit") and Alpha List at the same time. This is statistically impossible, but this school created the miracle anyway. It was later when I discovered that anyone getting at least an A for any subject can get into Alpha List. I quite like the way this was done. Students with strength in any particular can get in. Just like me.
I happily went to the first Alpha List meeting, where teachers take turn to talk about different activities available. That was the last time I heard anything about alpha list. There was no follow up or whatever. I went on to become just an ordinary student. Of course it was alright with me. The effort I put in for the promo was naught compared to fellow students of this school. I felt that the fact that me, a hardcore slacker could get in to Alpha List was doin injustice to them. So gradually I forgot about Alpha List. Its nothing, really, when compared to schools in top 5 JCs. Students in Alpha List in those school receive endless stream of scholarships coming into their mailbox. Too bad my school is ranked 6th.
Because of the Physics test incident, I began to doubt the use of coming to a junior college. The physics test incident showed me that I can perform without help from the school, at least in physics. Actually I wanted to study maths too, but the maths notes given were too disorganised that I just chuck them away. I never study Computing. I was answering on pure intution. It landed me into Alpha List. Neat!
I also wondered what my schoolmates were after. We have people like the ghost wanting to become Miss Singapore despite the fact that he is a guy, we have people taking doube s-paper or retaining fmaths when they obviously could not cope. When I look at the results of those taking 3 subs and those taking 4 subs in this school, the 3 subs did alot better. Too bad we are ranked 6th. The top 5 junior colleges showed an opposite trend.
I visit an anti-ajc blog once in a while, and it was shut down recently. Before the closure I read comments debating on the use of a Junior College system. A point was brought up regarding the paper chase in Singapore.
We are, after all, taking Alevels so as to better our chance to get into Uni right? But what then, is the reason behind this? For me and my buddies, we already had our future planned. I would most likely go into IT field, working for companies before starting one on my own. Poh Wei, who won the MAS Econ essay competition by clinching a top prize, already began to doubt the econ syllabus for A levels and intend to attach to a local university as a research professor. Yan Yuan is interested in the medical field, and had underwent various attachments and internship with hospitals. (Contrast this with the kind of "Industrial attachments that AJC provides: Zoo keeper.. etc) Finally, Kai Siong, a very talented speaker had already joined Young PAP working under Ong. Taking Alevel is more like a stepping stone to going to university to fulfill our dreams.
On the other hand, most students in my school has vivid intend on what to do. Their goal seems to be getting good results for alevel to go to a good university. That is all. Instead of viewing university as a stepping stone to their goal, they view it as the goal itself. What can come out of these? Nothing. Effort put in no doubt, but effort wasted.
You guys know me as a slightly odd, childish and happy-go-lucky person who don't give a damn about authorities or studies. This is because this life is mine, and what I want to do has little to do with what I want. taking Alevel to me is just a pastime for me, just like playing DOTA is a pastime for most people. I am under no obligation to do well for any particular test or to listen in class. So long as I do not fall behind in this blind stream of endless souls, I don't give studies too much a damn.
What a long excuse for not studying for June Common Test aye?
Hehe.

Closure of Freedom
Its back to school within a few days I guess. But, after the inital week of anxiety, I shall be free once more.
Not even school can hold be back from doing what I want to do, saying what I want to say, programming what I want to program.
We shall see.

Making a dig at someone:
I offically want to buy a new IEM!
I offically have Si Hui as my offical girlfriend!
I officially am officially posting this "I offically!" offical post!
WTF. Using offically will lend you authority? It makes anyone using it looks childish.
Someone who uses the word offically for everything he or she decides should look up the dictionary and grow up.
The correct use should be: I'm officially hired by iFoundries!

Captured Memories

Random captured memories,
fleding moments,
where time flies
and blood flows.

The signs of age,
the mark of wisdom,
an unquestionable improvement,
yet brings close the edge.

Many snakes and ladders,
stones and peddles,
boasted, tripped and squashed,
hindering but no other.

When the cage is here,
no choice but to adhere,
for nothing marks progress,
but constant distress.

Singapore Media, Controlling People
Letter to the Lees
14 Jun 2006
Mr Lee Kuan Yew
Mr Lee Hsien Loong
Istana, Singapore
Dear Sirs,
It is with much regret, though not with the slightest surprise, that we learn from your lawyer this morning that you are considering applying for summary judgment in the lawsuit that you have taken against us. We had suspected all along that you would try to avoid going to open trial. Our suspicion seems to have basis.
We have repeatedly told you since the day you sent us your letter of demand that we will not apologise and that we look forward to seeing the both of you in court. There is, therefore, absolutely no case for a summary judgment. Such an application would become a laughing stock of the world.
Mr Lee Kuan Yew said on 9 May 2006: "If anybody calls me a liar and dishonest, I'll take him straightaway to court. I'll be in the witness box..." By going for summary judgment, how are you going to be in the witness box? And if you don’t get into the witness box, what conclusions do you expect us to draw from this?
We have lined up a list of witnesses that will support our defence and tear up your case. We have a lawyer, Mr M Ravi, who looks forward to cross-examining you. If you believe that you have just as strong a case, let us go to trial so that we can get to the bottom of everything.
We have said it before and we will say it again: We are prepared to face you in court Please don’t try to avoid this by applying for summary judgment. It is most unbecoming of a Minister Mentor and Prime Minister. If you have the temerity to sue us over the article, at least have the courage to face us in court.
Sincerely,
Chee Soon Juan
Chee Siok Chin
Below is an extract from Today Newspaper
Correction in Today (16 June 2006)
In the article "PM, MM may apply for summary judgment" (June 15), we incorrectly stated that in an earlier defamation suit brought by Mr Goh Chok Tong and Mr Lee Kuan Yew, Dr Chee Soon Juan was ordered to pay $500,000 damages "without an open trial".
There was a trial in open court before the High Court awarded damages of $500,000. Mr Goh and Mr Lee gave evidence in open Court and made themselves available for cross-examination by Dr Chee or his lawyer.
Dr Chee chose not to take them on. He failed to turn up in Court or appoint a lawyer to cross-examine them.
The article also stated that if the plaintiffs' applications for summary judgement in the ongoing case are allowed, the Court will "reach a verdict without open trial".
Summary judgement hearings may be in open court. When Mr Goh and Mr Lee sued Dr Chee for libel in 2001, their successful summary judgement hearing was before the judge in open Court.
Also, Dr Chee and Ms Chee Siok Chin had not informed the High Court at a pre-trial conference (on Wednesday) that they wished to call over 14 witnesses for the defamation suit brought against them. This statement was made outside the courtroom.
And of course Chee has to reply...
Dr Chee Soon Juan's reply to Today
Your correction on 16 June 2006 to the article "PM, MM may apply for summary judgment" is manifestly untrue.
You said that “There was a trial in open court before the High Court awarded damages of $500,000.” That trial was just to assess the amount of damages I had to pay Mr Lee Kuan Yew and Mr Goh Chok Tong after the case was awarded to the plaintiffs.
There was no trial to determine whether I had actually defamed Lee and Goh. This decision was made behind closed-doors by a junior assistant registrar. I could not call witnesses or put Mr Lee Kuan Yew and Mr Goh Chok Tong in the witness box to cross-examine them.
The matter only went to open court when I appealed the registrar’s decision. Even then, I could not call witnesses and cross-examine Messrs Lee and Goh during the appeal.
You write in your correction that “Dr Chee chose not to take them on. He failed to turn up in Court or appoint a lawyer to cross-examine them.” The hearing was conducted while I was away from Singapore. That was the only reason why I was not present.
When I returned to Singapore I applied for the hearing to be reconvened but the courts turned it down. If I did not want to confront Messrs Lee and Goh, why did I ask for the hearing to be reconvened?
A demonstration of how cowardly Mr Lee Kuan Yew and Mr Goh Chok Tong were is the fact that they had had applied for the date of the hearing to assess damages to be brought forward despite knowing that I was not in Singapore. That they subsequently withdrew their application is cold comfort to me because their intention of wanting to conduct the hearing in my absence had been made abundantly clear.
Regarding the point about calling witnesses in the present case, it would be pointless to discuss the matter in court as Messrs Lee Kuan Yew and Lee Hsien Loong had already indicated they were going to apply for summary judgment. The issue of witnesses will be raised at the next pre-trial conference if the plaintiffs do not go for summary judgment.
There is a fresh case before the courts and important issues to be tried in the present lawsuit that the Lees have taken against myself and Ms Chee Siok Chin. If Mr Lee Kuan Yew again goes for summary judgment and – again – avoids getting into the witness box and be cross-examined, the truth will be made plain for all to see.
Chee Soon Juan

And they still say oppositions in Singapore are not first rated. How come need to apply for Summary Judgement? With summary judgement, where is the transparency that our social studies text book spoke of?
Reason for today writting such a weird "correction" article?
The Newspaper and Printing Presses Act of 1974 requires all government papers to be publicly listed into both ordinary and management shares, thus ensuring the government gets to decide the composition of the management board. Hence, past chairpersons of Singapore Press Holdings have all been civil servants.

Another happy The Wicked fan - A teacher!
Thank you so much for getting me addicted to the Wicked Junior! It's been quite inspiring!
I'm a student teacher for music and I've just had my second to last practical at an all boys school. My mentor teacher recommended I come up with a list of activities I can give to students on the days I just don't feel like teaching (whether sick, family problems or whatever) so I came up with a few games.
I've actually developed some musical junior wicked-like games for the classes and I got to play through some with my last year 8 class on Thursday. They loved it and were coming up with their own puzzles by the end of the lesson.
Things like "STRUbrassMENTS" and "Bass Bass" proved to be simple for them so I added a few picture ones as well. I even had a few teachers puzzling over the more difficult ones later on in the staff room!
Thank you! :)

Photos of earrings that my Aunt DIY-ed and will be selling on yahoo.
Photos taken using my DH10P camera.

Blogger decreased the quality to 1/3 of the original size when i upload it. So the originals look way better.
Anyway, anyone wants the earring?

hello,
you said to e-mail once we were done - and here i am done done done.
i also thought maybe a contribution to the wicked jr. would be cool
"apple of my eye" hehe - i created it in paint myself -
Thanks for creating the wicked...and wicked jr.
I absolutely love the challenge and use of mental ability
Best,
Lan
Another wonderful user who not only took away enjoyment from the game, but also gave back to the game in the form of a user contributed puzzle.
Sold The Wicked Stomp and thoughts
Yeah, a further S$500 (pretty little, but i get to advertise the wicked as well) down my pocket, as I sold off a varation of The Wicked which was specially tailor made for the less IT-skilled audiences, who will at least get to enjoy the "Puzzle" aspect of the game.
By selling a varation of the game to SPH, copyrights and licensing issues arises. I even had to sign an agreement about providing SPH with that game. If I am ignorant, I will claim copyright to the game, and sell it to SPH at a higher price. But copyright doesn't work that way. It only works for those rich enough to copyright it, or patent it for that matter. And you have to go around copyrighting and patenting it in every single country for you to have legal rights to your own work. Such is how things work that someone without a working brain couldn't work out.
Like many other puzzles, online puzzles give the brain a good mental workout, sharpening your sense and boasting your problem solving skill. Intelligence is something that everyone is born with, playing more such games will not increase it, but it will increase your ability to apply those skills. That is why I have quit taking IQ tests for the fun of it. Taking too much makes it a form of practise, and the scores will only increase as I further familiarise myself with IQ questions. So I'm satisfied with what little IQ score I obtained from my first 2 attempt, 137.
Physical strenght and fitness are important, inorder to maintain a healthy body. However, the benefits of such is dwindling. Imagine being a director of your own company, and 2 potential employees are standing right in front of you. Who would you prefer? Someone with alot of creativity, imagination and working capabilities? Or someone who mastered the technique to do pullups? Actually I would hire both. One for working for the company, and the later for entertainment (a monkey in the office!).
Recently Thepiratebay, one of the most popular bittorrent indexing site had its servers siezed by the police, despite the fact that no pirated stuffs were located on their server. This is very weird. If by providing people links to pirated content, you are guilty under the law, then google and all major search engines would have gone into jail by now. The internet age signifies an era where traditional rules do not reply, and where nothing is absolute and authorities cannot be authorative. Any attempt to put control on the internet only brings disaster to yourself. Thepiratebay was raided by the Sweden police. The next day, a 17 year old hacked into the police's website and brought it to a halt. The day after that, Pirate Bay is back online! This shows that an attempt to enforce control through the use of power on internet medium are seneless and meaningless, and would ultimately become futile. Even PAP was wisen up and laxed its control over the internet medium. Despite what they say, it is not just about giving people freedom, it is also about the impossiblity of nailing and detecting offences on the internet. To prevent themselves from looking silly when such events occur, they let out the rope.
Back to The Wicked. From a simple experiment in creating puzzles that woukd entertain a few friends, to a level of popularity far beyond the reach of many already established online puzzle sites, I have benefited greatly, both socially, maturity, knowledge about the worl and how it works, and the increase in the number inside my bank account.
By creating such an innocent game, I attracted brainy souls from all walks of life, even from countries as far as Israel. I have people who are students from HCI, people who work as fire protection engineers, people who are better than me at IT, people who designed T-Shirt designs, etc etc.. The list is not endless, but merely undefinable. I think that one of the reasons that the game got off with a good start was because of its slogan "Think without the box", that my dear buddy Koh Poh Wei placed as his msn display nickname for a short period of time previously. Poh Wei is a great thinker, and a gifted genius. He did less than 5 physics tutorial in a year and was short listed for physics s-paper, along with 2 other spaper subjects. Whats more, he is not in a neighbourhoody junior college that could only produce negative value addedness in results. He is from HCI, where all the real pros and muggers are. But, Poh Wei isn't even a mugger. Anyway, I would like to thank him once again for the wonderful quote. Of course, there is no issue of copyright.
Talking about copyright once again, and putting myself in a childish perspective, I would find it strange not to have creators of other online puzzle sites running after me about copyright. Lucky, childish people are a mere miniority, and creators of online puzzles are generally not one of them. One can learn to have fun and play (child-like), but not be childish at the same time. Being childish and not being able to enjoy the riches and happiness the world has to provide, that is another matter. Not knowing the difference between childish and child-like? Check the dictionary. I find myself fortunate to have generally child-like classmates. People who know how to have fun and bring joy and happiness to those around them. People who stalk in groom like Marvin the robot of Hitchhiker's guide to galaxy are really hopeless. Prehaps by turning themselves into a robot they can at least bring joy and laughter to other people. As a human form, only irritation persisted.
Bringing up The Wicked to a global scale, from having 100 unique visitors per day to 10000 uniques per day, the money issue came in and made its noise. Cost for hosting; running of website came in. However, I must thank the wonderful guy who bought www.sgblogging.com for providing a wonderful 8GB per week bandwidth to meet the needs of my fellow players. Thats it for money flowing out of me. But what about money coming in? It is there. I received around S$70 + USD20 in the form of monentary donations from fellow players. Bringing joy, entertainment and enriching the life of my fellow players brought in benefits to myself as well. Such is the idea of "win-win" that my wonderful secondary school taught had taken root in me. Even a businessman like Paddy Tan talks about "win-win". Under his guidance I learnt alot about the art of doing your own business, and building relationships with business partners and how to introduce win-win deals for everyone.
Due to the high popularity of The Wicked, I opened up advertising spaces in The Wicked for third parties to place their advertisements on my site for just a small fee. SPH took it, and bought my ad space for 2 months, starting June 15. By just uploading an image onto my website on June 15, I obtained a fat check. It is currently resting happily in my drawer. It is happy because it knows I will not spend the amount specified on it on buying undergarments.
As before mentioned, there is also the deal about providing SPH with with a variation of The Wicked. That work I had just completed and submited it together with an invoice yesterday. I am now waiting for the next check to reach me.
Finally, the wonderful Paddy Tan also gave me a token $50, for advertising on my site. $50 is not alot, but he had helped me alot in other areas.
What to do with all the money? Other than the donation of USD20 which I will not withdraw yet (because of the strong singapore currency currently) I will have $1290.
$350 of it, I had already spent it on my new Hi-MD Digital Camera & Player. That leaves me with $940. $20 went into buying of Speed 4 album, a further $20 will be donated to 0205 class fund (started off as a joke with wenting), $10 will be used to treat my 3 buddies lan gaming (poh wei won $2000 from a econ essay competition, and will be footing another $10). That will leave me with $890. Another $50 will be used to treat my wonderful girlfriend to a wonderful lunch. This is to compensate her for feeling jealous that I did not spend enough time on her during the initial developement stages of The Wicked. I think the lunch should not cost the full $50. Of the remaining, I will save $800 to my bank, and the rest will be used for my "anyhow" spending and also making a donation to any charity organisation which catches my eye. Of course I will not donate to RenCi and NKF. Don't ask me why. Making $1290 by doing what I like and by doing it as a hobby makes making money seems too easy to me. However, I must bear in mind that in Singapore, there are still many unfortunate people who earns a meagre $800 a month. It is my hope that if one day I have the ability, I will help all these people. The grants provided by the government are insufficent and meaningless in most cases.
While making or spending money, we must bear in mind how the money can be put into even greater use by those less fortunate. It does not make sense to spend a quarter of a roadsweeper's salary on things such as underwears or clothes, something so low technology and cheaply made that it is not worth the price. Of course, how one spends the money is up to himself. For me, I love gadgets, so you can expect me to invest in buying gadgets (Hi-MD Digital Camera & Player). However, I do not forget the poor, none forget about the values of saving. I only spend a fraction of what I am able to save. Spending on meaningless and impulsive buying is something that girls love to do, and I am lucky to be able to find a girlfriend who does not have that streak of evil in her mind.
Si Hui, I love you, and may I be successful in my future endeavor (including my current standing job offer at iFoundries), so that there is no need for you to suffer the hardship of having a job. Being in the IT field also gives me the ability to work from home, as what is required of me is my brain and not my arms, which would allow me more time to be home with my future wife (you) and our kids. In return for all these, I would only hope that you can be more understanding and less jealous (when I am totally involved with my work/hobby/interest/passion) and also allow me say in things (I am rather old fashion in this area), in the sense that the wife should listen to the husband. I believe in making the future, not asking strangers what my future holds for me.
The Wicked has brought me oppunities, fame, success, money and woman (a particular girl whom I used to like) and it is up to me what to make out of it. Using The Wicked as a stepping stone and the slowing building up my profilo as time go (not the stupid piece of paper that can be manipulated by higher authorities in the school unfairly). I know that established systems (such as education system) has not place for rebels, but it is ultimately rebels that bring changes to the world, be it for better or for worst. However, the world is such that nothing is absolute, and in that case, as long as it is a change, it is for the better. May all the rebels unite! The process of change may be bitter, but what you get at the end of it is a paradise.
This paradise would eventually dwindle, a make way for another change. And another. And another. Such is the rule of the world, the flow of nature. The old and backdated, although wise, should not hinder the progress of the next generation. Doing so is a sin.
I thank the following people for the success of The Wicked:
1) Tay wei kiat (let me thank myself for creating it!)
2) Chan Si Hui
3) Koh Poh Wei
4) The Chinese High School (my foundation and interesting in comp stuffs)
5) Fellow moderators in The Wicked Forum (Colin, 1CentCoin, Woonie)
6) Fellow The Wicked players who never once refer to spoilers and were with me since the quiet launch of The Wicked in March
7) Reporter Serene Luo for writing such a wonderful article, bringing attention about The Wicked to other departments within SPH, and taking all the trouble to take my photo in the female toilet
8) Jun Zhe, who accompanied me to SPH building on that fateful friday
9) My sister, an IT noob who actually tried out the game
10) My dad, for buying me such a wonderful laptop to work on, despite the fact that he isn't rich.
11) My mum, for her constant nagging and confused understanding on what The Wicked is about, and trying to get her relatives and friends' children to try The Wicked.
12) My trusty Hi-MD Player, which brought me high quality music that people in this iPod domainated era has forgotten and lost.
13) The creator of EditPlus, a wonderful program I use to do my handcoding of html source code on.
14) Reporter Yen Feng, for the first article about The Wicked in Straits Times in!, featuring outdated statistics :)
15) Various fellow players who have contributed to the levels in The Wicked Junior
16) My parents again, for buying me tonnes of jigsaw puzzles to improve my ability to use my intelligence from young.
17) Paddy Tan, co-owner of Bak2u, PhoneBak, PetBak and Europe Connect who offered me various advises.
18) Mr Nicholas Chan, Directory of iFoundries at the age of 26, for some ideas and interest.
19) My fellow players who have donated:
Vincent Ong (USD10)
Becky (SGD30)
William Saksa (USD20)
Beth Kennedy (USD20)
20) And everyone who has help The Wicked in one way or another, be it spreading the game by word of mouth or other means.
PS: Pardon for all the mistakes and typos in this blog entry. I don't look at the keyboard when I type. PS again: Sorry English and GP teachers who taught me. I really really tried hard to listen to you in class but failed.

Speed Up 4
I am a firm supporter of Speed Up series, a series of best techno hits strung together on 2 cds per album which will play gaplessly. By gaplessly, I mean that the songs can be ripped and played without any gap in between the tracks.
So far, only CD and MD has support for gapless playback.
So if you want the cool stuffs, either you get an MD player, or you rely on old trusty discman. Who say discmans are useless and outdated? An old beat-up discman sounds a hell lot better than an iPod any day (provided you have the right ears and the right earphones). Otherwise, songs coming from either will sound so terrible that you can't sense the difference.
Onward Hi-MD! Onward CD! Down with iPod, the worst sounding over-priced audio player in the world. Why buy an audio player, when it sounds so bad?
