iPod Rocks!
http://www.thetechzone.com/?m=show&id=240&page=1
This cute little article is written by a cute little 13 year old gal wif good english and bad common sense.
"My MP3 holds about 30-35 songs at the very most. As you can ‘read’, it doesn’t hold that many songs. Now let’s compare my MP3 to the iPod; 35 songs compared to 10,000 songs."
Help, many players also provides that kind of space. ipod stores 10000 songs in 20GB. But using Sony's Atrac3Plus audio format, you can store 20000 songs in 20GB wif practically the same audio quality as those 10000 songs in iPod.
"What else is good about having 10,000 songs on your iPod? You rarely hear the same song twice, unless you want to, of course. You can put the iPod to repeat or shuffle or just regular ‘play’! You just keep listening and listening and just enjoy it"
It is your own fault you have such a low capacity mp3 player. Ya, and name my audio players(other than cassette tapes and radios) that don't have the shuffle or repeat feature. Sony has even taken the shuffle feature further, coming up with something called "Favourite Shuffle" that shuffles top 100 songs with most play counts automatically and "Time Machine Shuffle" that represent to you songs from different years.
"On an iPod, the sound comes out as clear as glass that has been newly polished. It’s THAT good. Some MP3’s sounds come out with all these crackly and static-like sounds and then you can’t even hear the lyrics or the music. When you download a song or songs onto a regular MP3 player and you put the resolution to poor or bad, then there are all those crackly and static-like sounds."
Again, having a lousy mp3 player doesn't mean all mp3 players are equally bad. The poor quality of music provided by iPod had been a known issue for quite some time and serious listeners NEVER buy iPod. Only those with absolutely no idea what real music are get an iPod and get laughed at secretly by those who know better.
"The regular iPod color is milky white, which is pretty cool, considering most MP3 players are silver or any other color that’s not WHITE."
Get those creative players then.
"Plus, iPod’s can store your contacts, calendar, to do lists, and it even has an alarm clock to wake you up and a sleep timer!"
She has no handphone?
"They(the earpiece) are white, and that just automatically makes it unique."
The worksheets and homework that my teachers gave me are in white. That makes them an unique gift.
"Most MP3’s that people have only either show the time left or the time elapsed. Now if you combine that, you get the iPod. Yes, the iPod shows the time left and the time elapsed, not OR. Now you can see how long it’ll take for you to get to your next song and how much has been sung or played!"
I've yet seen anyone staring at their mp3 player time intensively as if they are watching tv.
"There was talk about iPod even before it hit the shelves. Now have you ever heard talk about other MP3 players before that hit the shelves? I don’t think so."
Grow up. You are only 13.
“Ashley Brook Chow is the daughter The Tech Zone founder, John "Moto" Chow. She is 13 years old and she really wants an iPod. Hey Dad! You reading this?”
No wonder.
