Irritating Neighbours
I'm a resident in bukit panjang. I would like to ask if there is any
actions i can take against my neighbours who are extremely
inconsiderate. They hang their laundry for drying just outside the
window of my room(my window faces the common corridor) and often
obstruct the corridor. They also talk loudly OUTSIDE MY WINDOW in the
early morning, at around 6~7am. They even allow their children to run
along the corridor, wearing noisy slippers that makes loud
"flip-flop" noise. As i often had to work late into the night to
around 1am, being wake up by irritating neighbours so early in the
morning is extremely unbearable. I am already suffering from the lack
of sleep and my eyes are close match to that of the panda's. Is there
any actions i can take against them? I have had enough.
